Our teacher is Mrs Smoley
Mrs Warren is our teaching assistant.

Summer Term 2022

We have another very busy term ahead of us in Year 3!

Summer term is always exciting, with hopefully warmer weather, sports days, creative arts week, a whole school trip to Woburn and the Year 3 trip to Hazard Alley amongst many other exciting events.

In history, we will be continuing to learn about the Roman Empire and its impact on Britain.
After half term we change to geography, our topic will be the River Nile. We will begin to learn where rivers start and end, their features and their uses.

In science our main topic will be plants and animals, including humans. There are many interesting lessons to learn including finding out about how animals and humans have skeletons and muscles for support, protection and movement

We will be continuing to learn French, the children have shown great enthusiasm for leaning a new language and we are very impressed with their efforts so far.

Of course Maths, English, Spellings, Computing, Art, PE and everything else will continue too!

Spring Term 2022
