Ruby and Garnet Class Page

2018 - 2019

Welcome to the Ruby and Garnet class page.

Spring 2019

Our topic this term is bears. We loved bringing our bears to school and have already started learning about lots of different bear books! After half term, we have some fun things planned, including a Goldilocks breakfast morning. We will be able to come to school in our pajamas and eat breakfast together!

Autumn 2018
Welcome to Foundation Stage.

We have lots of fun each day as we learn new things and explore the world around us.

We have lots of exciting things planned!

Phonics Stay and Play Afternoon

Our first topics are all about starting school, birthdays and nursery rhymes. We loved our class parties in October!

This link will allow you to access more information on Phonics, some example lessons showing the sorts of activities children may do in a Phonics lesson in school in Reception and a pronunciation guide of the sounds that we learn.
