Our Topic is Traditional Tales

Miss Hunt, Mrs Pattullo and Mrs Clements will be doing our Wake and Shake song everyday at 845. We hope you can join us too at home!

Our book this week is The Gingerbread Man.  


Writing

Read this recipe and try making your own gingerbread men. 

You can use playdough to make pretend men if you do not have all the ingredients for real ones.

 Handwriting

Practise writing the zig zag  letters in your handwriting pack

You could also practise writing them with felt tips, in rainbow colours, on big pieces of paper or with chalk.

 
Phonics

Each day practise saying your sounds using either of these resources

This week we are learning the sound ‘ai’

We are also practising reading real and 'alien' words
