Maths Afternoon We had a fantastic afternoon exploring what maths looks like in Reception with our families. Thank you to everyone who came and supported the afternoon. April 2016 We started off our new class topic by coming to school dressed up. We had a lot of fun sharing our outfits with everyone. Can you guess who we are? March 2016 Click here to download or view material for this month's Parents' Evening. February 2016 We had a breakfast morning as part of our topic work on 'Goldilocks'. We wore our pyjamas to school and sampled lots of different breakfast foods. It was a lot of fun! January 2016 This term our topic is 'Bears'. We started our topic by bringing our special bears from home to school. We loved sharing our bears with our friends and showing them how we learn at school. December 2015 We loved dressing up and taking part in the Christmas concert. November 2015 We went on an Elmer Parade around the school to celebrate 'Elmer Day'. It was a lot of fun! October 2015 To finish our Birthday topic, we had a party for our class puppet Gruffalo.
Here are some pictures! Mrs Pattullo is our teacher. Mrs Clements, Mrs Walker and Mrs Morrow also work in our class. Mrs Morrow looks after us at lunchtime.
We have lots of fun at school each day. We have some times when we work with an adult to learn new things and we also have ‘busy time’ where we choose where to learn. Each day we learn some new sounds to help us read and write.
This term we are learning about Ourselves. We will be thinking about starting school, our friends, our families, learning new things, birthdays and celebrations.
